Email us with your device model and iOS version. We usually reply within two working days.

How to play

Place: tap a cell to preview your pair, then tap it again to place it. The white dot marks the first gem.
Rotate: use the curved arrows beside the pair. Rotating is free.
Join five: five or more touching gems of the same kind clear.
Turn rings: pick a ring and turn it one step. Each turn costs a ring credit; placing a pair earns one.
Chain reactions: gems above a clear slide down and can clear again for multiplied points.
Pulse: clearing gems charges Pulse. When full, tap Pulse, pick a centre, and tap again to clear seven cells.
Undo: take back your last move, cascade and all.

You can replay the guided tutorial any time from the home screen or Settings.

My board is full. Is the game over?
Not yet, if you still have ring credits or a charged Pulse. Turn a ring or fire Pulse to make room.

Why can't I turn a ring?
Rings with a stone in them are locked, and each turn needs a ring credit. Place a pair to earn one.

Is my progress backed up?
Progress is stored only on your device. It is not synced between devices and is removed if you delete the app.

When does the Daily Orbit change?
A new board starts at midnight UTC. Play as often as you like; your best score counts.

Are there ads or purchases?
No. Hexorbit is free with no adverts, purchases or tracking.
